Your E-Mail Setup:
you must first subscribe to an email
account with EayOK Services, then you can use Outlook Express or Netscape, etc.
When your account has been setup, EayOK Services will
contact you with the pertinent info (username, password, etc).

Your email account will be located on our email server. Use it
as webmail (to be opened from any PC) and/or use your favorite
POP mail program to store your email on your computer. |

Whether you choose to have just email or email with
hosting, you must first buy your own domain name from a Domain Name
Registrar. At the registrar, you must change the DNS to point to our

for it:

If you are a subscriber to
email with hosting space, you will have your own control panel
on our servers. Login to your CP and perform whatever you want
to do with your email names and hosting space. We setup your
main (default) identity/username with password. If you setup additional POP
email accounts to use in your favorite email program, other
than your main identity (your default account with EayOK
E-mail Services), be sure to add a % sign between the
new name and yourdomain.com as the user of the email account.
i.e. your username is your main email account name:
domain@yourdomain.com.
Now you want to setup sales@yourdomain.com. Therefore, your username in your
email program would have to be: sales%yourdomain.com. Each POP
email you setup on your computer requires a login. In addition
to your email control, use your Control Panel to perform many
operations. Get familiar with the CP. It has it's own help
documentation. More CP help can be found at
EayOK Hosting & More, under
ONLINE
HELP
on the left side of the screen. |

Setting up POP mail on
Your PC: If you are a subscriber to
user@eayok.com or any
added email address to whichever server you are on, you
must use the % sign. It would be like this: user%eayok.com or
user@yourdomain.com.
Use the login we give you upon the setup of your first email
account (also see above POP mail). |
|
If you are a subscriber to
name@yourdomain.com
for 5 POP email accounts, your first email address is your
default address. We setup all your other email addresses on
our servers and you then setup your email addresses on your
computer. You must use the % sign for all other email
addresses as username%yourdomain.com. |
